We found Jus Plumb was very efficient and conscientious. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Prior to starting, the floor areas involved were covered. On completion the whole area was vacuumed and left in clean and tidy condition. He was always punctual, polite and kept us informed all throughout the work. We are thoroughly satisfied with the work done (upgrade to bathroom). I would not hesitate in contacting him again for plumbing and similar work. A good find. Highly recommendable.

If choosing a new tradesman is a lottery, then choosing JUS PLUMB, is winning the jackpot. From first meeting with James suggesting the best layout to completing the project was handled entirely efficiently and professionally. His work was tidy ensuring that items like stair carpets were well protected prior to strip out and during fitting. Each day the area was clean and tidy before leaving for the day. Both James and his sidekick were friendly and approachable and ensured that my day to day routine was not disrupted too much. An excepted product and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending James.

James has been so helpful even since the bathroom renovation answering any questions I have! My bathroom choice was a bit different but he seemed interested in my ideas (unlike some others who quoted). James and his team did everything from spotlights to tiles (which were huge porcelain ones) to the usual bathroom plumbing which is great to not have to get multiple trades. He did such a good job in a challenging 100+ year old house. The bathroom looks amazing. He also plumbed all new radiators in which are working a treat now it’s getting colder. Thank you!

James and Declan go above and beyond to bring our vision to life! They have completely transformed our bathroom and I honestly could not thank them enough! Both are so friendly and worked so hard to get our bathroom done! James went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and was always so reassuring where at that mid point where it all looks crazy he reassured us it was going to be amazing at the end and he wasn’t wrong! Thank you so much to James and his team (electrician and plasterer) for all the work you have put in! We appreciate it so much!

James came to my rescue to fix a lot of problems left in my bathroom following work from someone else. He also fitted my downstairs cloakroom toilet. Lovely to deal with and great problem solving capabilities. Left everything neat and tidy. I will call him in future.

James is extremely professional and did an excellent job on our bathroom. He was reliable throughout the process and was a great help with all aspects, including helping to pick fittings and making helpful suggestions.
