James is extremely professional and did an excellent job on our bathroom. He was reliable throughout the process and was a great help with all aspects, including helping to pick fittings and making helpful suggestions. He was friendly with great communication from start to finish. We’re extremely happy with the work and would recommend James to anyone.

We had a discussion with James on work needed, ideas and cost. Coming to a conclusion that worked to our budget. The first bathroom required an extensive stripdown and floor replacement due to finding of rotting floor. James offered this as an additional service. James was very tidy and thorough about the work. James brought other Trades in as needed for certain aspects of the job, electrics, plasterer. Overall, very happy with the end result and would highly recommend James for your bathroom refits.
