From beginning to end the service was courteous and professional. The price quote was very reasonable, communication was very good and the team arrived at the time agreed. I wouldn't have been able to dismantle the wardrobe and get it down the stairs on my own, the team took the worry away from me and did the whole job quickly and efficiently, very careful not to damage anything on the way. Tim and his team are honest, punctual, efficient, polite, knowledgeable experienced and much more! What my wife and I found refreshing and impressive is that their goal is to identify the customers needs with integrity, care, sincerity, respect and truth. Naturally they wish to make a living but not by exploiting customers and this is KEY to them. We have had the worst past experiences with companies inflating prices and being ripped off. Finally we are LUCKY to find a British company who prides themselves on providing an excellent service at a fair, reasonable price.
