  Low water pressure issue

  I engaged with Colin from Junior Plumbers after they were recommended on the Water safe.org.uk website when looking for approved plumbers. I'd had bad water pressure in my house for several years and never really done anything about it. I eventually said "enough is enough". Had Affinity dig up the street to confirm pressure to my boundary was fine and then called Colin to check my side of things. Withing 15 mins he'd identified an aged part and, a few days later with new part installed, I have a so much water pressure it's like being in a new house. Highly recommend Colin... Very friendly too.

  Fitted new boiler , two radiator valves and issued gas safety certificate.

  New boiler fitted , two radiator valves changed and a gas safety certificate issued without any dramas or issues. Colin explained what was required , what the cost would be and carried out the job within 24 hours to avoid the tenants being without heating and hot water over a weekend. Efficient and fair - would highly recommend.

  Boiler diagnosis and replacement

  We contacted Juniors for leak on an aging boiler. They were able to attend quickly, give us a clear set of options (repair or fix and what that would each cost and would give us). On choosing to replace the boiler we were booked in the next working day and the job was completed the same day. Professionally done and follow-up questions were handled quickly.

  Colin has completed plumbing work for many years

  Colin has serviced my boilers but also helped me through a water leak into Cadents pipes causing soot in the gas and filter issues. He has replaced pipework, repaired serviced and installed a boiler. Assisted with all the paperwork for a sale. A professional, pleasant and well priced engineer.

  Multiple leaks to our boiler

  Colin responded immediately and managed to ensure we had heating in the home. He ensured the leak was contained whilst he sourced the parts and returned the next morning to complete the job. Colin explained what had failed and showed the replacement parts. Friendly, clean, efficient service. Would highly recommend.
