There was a language situation whereby Carlos hasn’t got the command of English language so it was very difficult to follow the instructions of the work but he kept saying yes yes yes he understands I have the work of sanding and varnishing my kitchen floor describing the work I show him many pictures many video of how to do the work but he still did not achieve the work to any good standard at all I request a full refund of my deposit as the work is atrocious and I have pictures and I will send them all to you on your request He has not completed the job Started on Monday he left at 12 o’

Juan carlos came to remove the previous stain on the floor and to fill the gaps between the floor board and re-sand very smooth and to re-varnished the floor He did not seem to understand what to do. He paint the filler on the floor all over he stained the floor on many colours he sand the floor in all kind of direction not following the grain of the wood. In my opinion, Carl is not good command of English and he does not know his work he is in my opinion Unfortunately, he did not understand what we ask him to do though we ask him on several times if he has done this work before he stated ye

Juan has helped me with a range of jobs including; fitting kitchen cupboards, floors, tiles, painting and plastering. These were all different jobs and I keep asking him to come back to work on our house! He is fantastic and I have recommended him to friends and family! Juan carried out various repairs at our property. Painting, decorating, fitting wardrobes, hanging shelves, repairing the roof, and the list goes on. We are so grateful to have found him, he is always punctual and very precise. His pricing is competitive and he is incredibly trustworthy. I have recommended him to many of my friends and I would recommend him to everyone with no hesitation.

Juan helped to completely renovate our flat. Amongst other things, he removed & re-built stud walls, fitted our bathroom & kitchen, removed & re-laid decking in the garden, plastered and painted the walls & ceilings & fitted skirting boards. Juan also wallpapered numerous walls, fitted shelves, retiled the entrance steps to our flat & retiled & damp proofed an outside storage room. There’s nothing he can’t do! I really can’t recommend Juan enough, his attention to detail is second to none & he’s incredibly reliable & hardworking. I never use anyone else for the jobs I need - he’s amazing.
