  James was quick to respond to my enquiry, discussed what we were looking for, provided an accurate quote, and then completed the job as agreed and to a high standard, including our request to incorporate hedgehog access in the fence! Will definitely use his services again.

  Replacement of 3 fence panels

  James was prompt to respond to the initial message and came out to price the work. He sent a formal quote over by email which we accepted. He was then incredibly evasive about when he could attend, taking over a month to give a date. He then proceeded to replace 2 of the panels, but didn’t have a third. He was paid for the work done so far, and he hoped to return later that week to finish up. He has not since returned. My partner and I both contacted him but he had not responded. He has confirmed multiple days but not shown up, with no communication. We would not recommend him to anyone.
