The engineer was friendly, polite and courteous, very tidy and left no mess. All work was to our specification, with offers/suggestions for improvements made as well as all software reviewed to ensure end user friendliness. Very happy customer.

The work was carried on time, very tidely, and at the price originally stated. Matthew, the fitter of the system, managed to hide or disguise the wiring throughout. I could not help but be impressed at his attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Could not fault them. Put in touch through check a trade. They emailed me with a price for what I wanted. Then someone came out to check everything. Then received a written quote by email. Arranged a date. Matthew came out to fit the new alarm. No mess, he even took his shoes off.

We wanted to replace a outdated alarm system, using as much of the original hardware as possible. JTS recommended a new system at a competitive rate, provided clear explanations of why they'd recommended that system and how it worked, and then installed it with minimal mess and fuss.
