Had a really great experience with JTS Security. The office team were excellent with communication, promptly answering any questions I had. Richard came out to carry out the survey, and we discussed the best locations for the cameras, he was clear, straightforward, and professional. Today, Matt came to complete the installation and did a fantastic job. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout, walking me through how he would hide the cables (which he did brilliantly) and explaining the best positioning for the cameras. He also guided me through the system step by step.
