  We have spent years trying to find a reliable builder and now thanks to Checkatrade we have found Jim - JTS Property Maintenance. Jim has done roofing - our house and a shed, he has decorated both interior and exterior, re-laid our block paving and added drainage, repaired a ceiling that had fallen down , installed an en suite shower room and done a lot of other little things. We have been so pleased with his workmanship and reasonable costs. He is also a very nice person. We feel so pleased to know that if anything else needs to be done we have someone trustworthy and reliable to call upon.

  Very open and honest. The tradesman went above and beyond. Offered expert advice and was very transparent regarding work that required immediate attention and work that wasn't necessary to do immediately.

  Leaky flat roof

  Jim came to my rescue after being let down by another roofer. I messaged him and he got back to me straight away. After coming round for a good look, he gave me a quote, and withing the next couple of days, work commenced and was finished within hours.. He's a really nice man and I would recommend him 100%
