A toilet needed attention and subsequent replacement. Having been badly let down by another plumber, I contacted Jay. He came out immediately to take a look and then came back to carry out the work. From the start, Jay was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again the future.

Had a broken pipe whilst trying to fix toilet, so needed plumber quickly. Jay came within the hour and quickly fixed the problem, it was his day off but still came out.

We approached Jay on check a trade regarding having an outdoor tap installed, Jay couldn’t make our original appointment due to an emergency but rescheduled, we have just had it fitted and it was done within half an hour.
