Had a persistent leak on a rear chimney for quite some time. John sent out some of his team to do an initial investigation and identifies issues that could be contributing towards the leak. The team were communicative, tidy and well mannered. Did a great job explaining their workings and provided pictures of the work throughout. Seemed to adhere to building regulations far better than roofers who had attempted to resolve the same issue. Would definitely recommend JT Roofers to others.

Great company. Had 3 quotes. JT not the cheapest but the rapport I had with John, the owner, was great from the start. Gave me a start date within the time frame we wanted, turned up on time, and did a fantastic job on our soffits and fascias. Lovely team of guys came to do the job and John was very open and kept me informed all the way through showing me photos and drone footage when they unfortunately uncovered some hidden problems. This increased the cost more than we wanted but John would not let me pay a penny until we were absolutely satisfied. Five star service from a 5 star team.
