    Excellent service, from the initial survey to the work being carried. Very good value for money, pleasant workers & work carried out to a high standard. Dust sheets laid and no mess left behind. Thankyou very much, we couldn’t be happier with the service.

    My loft hatch and boarding was done today, to a spectacularly high standard. Full professionalism by the team, and we're very clean and efficient. Couldn't rate them any higher, and would thouroughly recommend to anyone requiring work to be completed.

    lads turned up on time and just cracked on with the work with no problems at all , clean tidy workers with customers needs considered at all times and quality of work carried out is exceptional . I could not recomend them highly enough 5⭐️.. from me .

We are a small family run loft storage business, new to Checkatrade but certainly not new to the industry. We have been installing quality loft storage solutions around the North East since 2008. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and believe that a job should be done correctly, to a high standard, first time. We know how good our work is and as such we will never ask for a deposit from our customers before work begins. You pay nothing until the jobs complete and you are happy.


We use only quality materials from brands such a Fakro and Youngman, both leading manufactures of loft hatches and ladders. We raise the flooring above your loft insulation using graded timber, and the flooring is P5 grade moisture resistant, screwed down not nailed.


We care about our customers and our reputation matters to us. As such we are pleased to offer a full 10-year guarantee covering both parts and labour on all of our installations.


Our opening hours are 8am-8pm
