    Excellent service, timely review of loft space and discussion of our possible options, really competitive price for the work and arranged within a reasonable time frame. All work carried out as discussed in a very efficient manner, and completed to a high standard. Very happy with the work and the ease with which this was arranged. Would be happy to use again.

    We've just had our loft boarded out with ladders and a light fixture. Incredible work. The lads were so friendly and worked so hard giving it was a tricky job. So clean and tidy and it looks like it's been there forever. Thank you

    Loft boarding with hatch, ladders and lighting

    Really professional service from John and his team. We were impressed with the initial call out to assess the work required and genuine advice on the right product for our needs to avoid overspending. On the day of the job, John arrived on time, completed the work in three hours and left the house really tidy considering the amount of work involved. Would highly recommend JT lofts, the quality of the work is excellent.

We are a small family run loft storage business, new to Checkatrade but certainly not new to the industry. We have been installing quality loft storage solutions around the North East since 2008. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and believe that a job should be done correctly, to a high standard, first time. We know how good our work is and as such we will never ask for a deposit from our customers before work begins. You pay nothing until the jobs complete and you are happy.


We use only quality materials from brands such a Fakro and Youngman, both leading manufactures of loft hatches and ladders. We raise the flooring above your loft insulation using graded timber, and the flooring is P5 grade moisture resistant, screwed down not nailed.


We care about our customers and our reputation matters to us. As such we are pleased to offer a full 10-year guarantee covering both parts and labour on all of our installations.
