    Without doubt. The BEST Loft insulation Business in the North East

    After using TWO other companies to board my Loft, of which one cut a huge chunk out of a supporting beam, and made a right mess. I got the professionals in. JT Lofts. They turned up yesterday morning and did the job properly. They put a new larger hatch in. Sorted the damaged beam and insulated and floored a large part of my loft. The three lads were extremely polite and courteous. They ensured all the rubbish was taken away, and left the placed spotless. Am I happy with the work done, no, I am absolutely delighted. I would recommend JT Lofts to anyone. I cannot thank them enough.

    Would highly recommend. All work was carried out as described, and was quicker than I expected. Very professional fitting of loft hatch and boarding, which I cannot fault at all. Over the moon with the work done and very reasonably priced.

    Great company, would recommend. All work carried out as described and for a competitive price. New loft hatch installed with ladders, lights fitted and loft boarded out. Communication was good and mess cleared up after them. Very efficient, would recommend.

    I would highly recommend John and his team. They installed a new loft ladder for us in a very professional manner. We were extremely pleased with the installation which was completed quickly and professionally, and everything was left clean and tidy with all the ole equipment removed. The whole project was completed in a very helpful manner and was very good value for money.

We are a small family run loft storage business, new to Checkatrade but certainly not new to the industry. We have been installing quality loft storage solutions around the North East since 2008. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and believe that a job should be done correctly, to a high standard, first time. We know how good our work is and as such we will never ask for a deposit from our customers before work begins. You pay nothing until the jobs complete and you are happy.


We use only quality materials from brands such a Fakro and Youngman, both leading manufactures of loft hatches and ladders. We raise the flooring above your loft insulation using graded timber, and the flooring is P5 grade moisture resistant, screwed down not nailed.


We care about our customers and our reputation matters to us. As such we are pleased to offer a full 10-year guarantee covering both parts and labour on all of our installations.
