  Loft hatch and ladder fitted

  Arrived when they said they would and carried out the work in a very quick and efficient manner. Significantly less mess left over from the job than we’d been expecting. The loft hatch and ladder fitted works perfectly and looks sleek and professional. Would highly recommend.

  Loft boarding and new loft hatch

  The initial visit outlined what was achievable and provided a date and cost. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner and the result met our expectations. In fact the additional shelving has provided us with a great amount of extra space. Would certainly recommend.

  Boarding of loft with new hatch and ladder

  Ideal company to deal with - there was around a 5 week delay to work starting from being booked due to them being busy (I can see why), but this suited me quite well. Was told the lads would arrive “around 10am” and at 09:40 there they were…by half 1 you couldn’t tell they’d been, except for the new hatch that had been installed and the perfect boarding up in the loft. In, job done, tidied up, gone. I’ve already recommended JT Lofts to a family member, and wouldn’t hesitate to again!

  Replacing existing loft hatch with bigger hatch and ladder. Also fitting an extra light in the loft.

  JT lofts were the only one of the 3 recommended to get in touch. They came, measured up and quoted for the work within a few days of my enquiry. However, due to their workload, I had to wait until yesterday to have the work done. The new loft hatch and ladder (plus extra light) were fitted, payment made and receipt received. But, they left quite a mess for the householder to tidy up as well as replacing some of the floor section in the loft. Mainly cosmetic stuff but took the edge of what could have been an excellent job.

  Replaced broken loft ladders

  Good communication. They were quite busy so had a little bit of a wait when booking, but i was happy to wait a little while as the price was reasonable. The young guys that came to do the work were friendly and pleasant, they arrived at the expected time and got on with the job. When finished they demonstrated how to use them, as slightly different to my previous ones. 10yr guarantee too. I can now get back into my loft, so I'm a happy bunny. Thanks so much guys! 😊
