  Balvin did a fantastic job on our bathroom. Encountered a few problems but Balvin was very knowledgeable and rectified this quickly. Communication was very good, kept us up to date with everything.

  Balvin has a great attitude, always arrived on time and has done an excellent job. He was willing to listen to any critique and make changes as needed. Took a bit longer than initially thought but happy with the outcome.

  Balvin was very reliable. Also very easy to communicate with. He was very meticulous. Paid attention to detail. And listened to my requirements. I would highly recommend this man to anyone. I will use for all my work in th future.

  Inspection of leak through shower door and correction

  Really happy with the service provided. Balvin was quick to respond to the job I posted on here, he spoke about the issue on the phone and gave me his thoughts and kept me updated as to when he could come and inspect the issue (water leaking via our shower door). On the day he sent me a text confirming the time he would arrive and on arrival he was very polite and inspected the issue. He was able to correct on the same day and explained that if what he had done didn't work (removing the old mastic and re-doing), I can call him back and we can try something else. Would highly recommend.

  Bathroom Fitting

  From the point of quoting Balvin was very clear and concise on what was needed with our requested work that needed carrying out. We had a bath fitted, sink tap replaced, shower replaced and towel radiator replaced. Throughout Balvin was good with communication and did his best to help us where he could. Had a few obstacles but Balvin dealt them efficiently. Work was carried out to a good standard and took the time to come to make sure work was satisfactory and even did an odd job for us on the revisit without issue. Pleasure to deal and would highly recommend.
