  Overall we had a good experience and we'd recommend using JTH - Johnny was very responsive and accommodating to our timetable. He and his team were very friendly, honest and professional at all times. The only downside is one of the jobs had to be done twice as the first fix didn't work but Johnny was quick to book us in when we reported it.

  What a great experience dealing with Johnny and his team. Managed to fit us in the next day after we experienced an unusual fault, even though he was extremely busy. Two of his lads worked until late in the evening to no avail , but not for the want of trying . Johnny arrived the next day and after a couple of hours the issue was thankfully resolved. The whole team were polite, professional, friendly and above all honest. They were tidy and had a fantastic work ethic. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Johnny to anybody and have already mentioned him to other members of the family. Thanks

  JTH have done a number of pieces of work for me now, over the years and Johnny is completely honest, trustworthy, professional, creative (in difficult situations) and a complete gentleman. Would highly recommend his teams work to anyone, and happy to provide a reference, as always thank you Johnny!
