My cameras went down on my property. I phoned the company who manufactured the cameras, and they provided me with a list of local people who would be able to help. Patrick was amazing. he came the same day, took my camera until and cable to be tested and sorted out a new one for me. He came back a couple of days later to fix it, which wasn't completely smooth sailing, no fault to Patrick, just the cameras being a pain. He also advised me on the right product to get so that I could access the cameras on my phone, which previously I've been told I couldn't get. Would highly recommend.

Nice to find such a quality workman. Plenty of communication and kept to all arrangements made. Fantastic work ethic and nothing too much trouble. Tidy work and kept me informed through the whole process. Also helps that he’s such a nice bloke.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The man put up with my drama queen episode whilst the alarm was going off and calmed me down whilst helping me switch it off. I might go to him for therapy! Thank you 🙏🏼

Patrick has been out and replaced a camera and updated the system that was acting up. Job was done efficiently and in a professional manner.

He arranged a visit within a matter of days, assessed the situation and gave several recommendations which aided my decision making. His quality of work is excellent always cleaning up after any mess created and spent time ensuring I understood how the system worked.
