The engineer was prompt with my initial contact, quote and the work, professional, courteous and friendly at all times. Throughout the installation the engineer checked with me to make sure that I was happy with everything he had done

Patrick was a wonderful tradesperson. He attended the next day to help me with a faulty camera. He was very kind and patient with me while I flipped out over tech woes, and put in a lot of effort to fix them. He spent a while helping me set the system up again, even communicating with the company for me. All at the best price too. He was honest and polite and kept me up to date with attendance times. Even did a few additional things that went above and beyond the request. Definitely give him a call if you need help with security or wiring. Thank you!

My cameras went down on my property. I phoned the company who manufactured the cameras, and they provided me with a list of local people who would be able to help. Patrick was amazing. he came the same day, took my camera until and cable to be tested and sorted out a new one for me. He came back a couple of days later to fix it, which wasn't completely smooth sailing, no fault to Patrick, just the cameras being a pain. He also advised me on the right product to get so that I could access the cameras on my phone, which previously I've been told I couldn't get. Would highly recommend.

Nice to find such a quality workman. Plenty of communication and kept to all arrangements made. Fantastic work ethic and nothing too much trouble. Tidy work and kept me informed through the whole process. Also helps that he’s such a nice bloke.
