Patrick has been out and replaced a camera and updated the system that was acting up. Job was done efficiently and in a professional manner.

I contacted J TEKK and spoke to Patrick regarding a new security alarm system. He arranged a visit within a matter of days, assessed the situation and gave several recommendations which aided my decision making. I found Patrick to be a pleasant, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. His quality of work is excellent always cleaning up after any mess created and spent time ensuring I understood how the system worked. We moved into a new house and the old alarm needed replacing. Patrick visited to assess what we needed and talked through the CCTV and alarm that was best for us. He took his time to look round the house and garden for what was required and made us feel like he cared. When doing the work he turned up when he said and didn't rush with anything as he wanted to make sure everything was done properly. He is a very likeable, friendly man who is good at what he does and I would definitely recommend him.

Patrick responded quickly to our request. He worked diligently to complete the job. He was more than happy to return to fix some problems with the motion sensor lights. Patrick is personable and courteous. I have no problem recommending him for similar work jobs.
