  Changes to superstructure (fitment of large steel beam)

  From the very outset Malcolm, David and Stuart filled me with confidence in their abilities. They kept me updated at all stages and were happy to answer the many questions I asked on a daily basis. Nothing was too much trouble and they were a genuine pleasure to be around. The job posed the odd difficulty but they overcame each obstacle with ease. I would have no hesitation in reaching back out to them to undertake further work.

  Orangery Project at Newport Shropshire

  JT Developments completed all major building work on our Orangery addition, from ground works to roof plate, throughout the duration of build they demonstrated a level of skill and knowledge that gave us confidence that the end result would be stunning. It was, truly, it exceeded our expectations If you are considering any type of build project.....look no further, polite, hardworking, conscientious guys that delivered a quality job.   rebuild garage wall damaged by a car.

  When we needed our garage wall rebuilt when our car rolled into it, we went to Checkatrade and found a superb company, JT developments (Midlands) Ltd. We couldn't have wished for better. Brothers Stuart and Dave Horne plus Stuart's son and Malcolm in the office were so friendly and helpful. They worked for 8 hours on day one to demolish the cracked wall, harvesting a large number of bricks to reuse. By teatime the wall was finished, the locked doors resited and secure for the night. The work was first rate, their work ethic excellent. We would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Stu & Dave. 😃

  New build property

  JT Developments are the full package, they manage the build from the civils up. They aid us with the project management at every step and are very cost competitive. They are very skilled at what they do and work well to specified targets. They are tidy, lean, conscienstious and very friendly.
