JTB built a 2nd floor extension above our kitchen, the roof was quite technical. They have done a fantastic job and compleated in a couple of weeks. I would recommend them to anyone looking for experienced honest builders.

The structural design of a replacement roof at our home required some slightly unusual steelwork. JTB Construction expertly measured up for a two-piece steel beam incorporating two cranked sections to span from between front and rear walls, a supporting post and two other interlocking steel beams. Just a few days later these were all on site and pretty quickly fitted into the prepared positions perfectly. The result matches the slightly complex design perfectly and as a result I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JTB highly enough for this kind of work.

Being a first floor extension the new brickwork really needed to blend in as well as possible with the existing bricks and mortar on the house both alongside and underneath. JTB’s bricklayers were quite meticulous in matching the bricks and ensuring the best possible blend with the old, even making a great suggestion to take down a little more of the original external wall to a corner in order to make things as seamless as possible. I’m very pleased indeed with the finished result!

JTB Construction undertook the partial demolition of our property in preparation for some extensive alterations. The entire roof as well as most of the internal 1st floor walls were carefully removed and disposed of. The JTB team made sure that parts of the building being retained weren’t damaged in the demolition process, and the work site was tidied each evening. We will be using JTB for further work and would also recommend them highly.

James and his team didn’t fail to disappoint they did a fantastic job! James really goes above and beyond and you can tell that he cares. Everything done to an exceptional standard on time at a fair price, I can’t recommend highly enough.

James and his team worked very efficiently, I can’t fault the work. They were neat and very tidy as they went. This was so important to me as 2 of my neighbours have foot access round the back of my property, this remained clear at all times.
