Came to assess the tree and gave a quote. Offered to do the work there and then. J explained what he was going to do, checked I was happy with that, then got on with the job. Checked again that I was happy with what had been done. Tidied up afterwards and gave some advice re when tree might need pruning again etc. Happy customer.

Jesse did a great job cutting two small trees and trimming several medium trees and laurel. He was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and completed the work efficiently.
