    Outstanding service and customer care

    From first enquiry for a boiler service, Josh’s communication was prompt, professional, and friendly. He answered all our questions about the Hive thermostat, kept us updated on his arrival time, and arrived exactly on time. The boiler service and Hive installation were completed to a high standard, and Josh took the time to walk us through the app and explain the differences between the Hive and Hive Mini. He was also kind enough to wear a mask at my request as I’m immunosuppressed. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!

    Great communication

    I had issues with my hot water and messaged Josh who got back to me straight away. He was able to come out the same day and assess the situation and within a few hours had sent me a quote. Within the next few days, he had got the parts in that were required and came back to complete the job. Communicated with me throughout to keep me updated. Would highly recommend!

    The Boiler Guys

    We required a new boiler installation. Josh and Dan were brilliant. The job was completed within their agreed timeframe. They were tidy, capable and informative throughout the installation. We had used them for a couple of years to service our old boiler which lasted about 30 years. Our initial contact with them was a number of years ago after a couple of British Gas maintenance visits which both required remedial from Jsw. I would simply say "they are The Boiler Guys!"

    We required a new flue for our boiler.

    Josh replaced the old flue on our boiler for a new one. We found Josh to be helpful, efficient, punctual, knowledgeable, and a pleasant person to have working in our home. Recommend!

    Replacement front

    We had Josh’s come out to do our annual boiler service. A fault was found with the front cover. Josh showed and explained to me what had happened and even phoned the insurance company for me. A replacement front was ordered it was fitted today. Josh was very professional and polite. He worked cleanly and efficiently. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company
