J.S. Tree Care did a decent job trimming our trees in September, but the experience was let down by poor communication and follow-through. Branches were dragged through our house, leaving marks on a newly painted wall. Some fell into our neighbour’s garden and remain uncollected nearly 6 weeks later, despite repeated assurances they would collect them. An okay job, but disappointing service overall.

Asked them to cut a hedge down and remove all waste. Job was done to a good standard and communication was good and price was fair. Would recommend

Had two fairly large shrubs removed and was pleased with the result which turned out to be better than I thought it would. Turned up on time and were easy to communicate with. Would recommend.

The overall job was done ok, I did expect more for the price based on what I was quoted, i beleive there was some misunderstanding however they got the job done and I'm pleased the tree was removed.

The 2 guy's cleared 4 tonnes of garden rubbish very reliable good priced and highly recommended, I'll definitely be using them again

I engaged J S Tree Care & Garden Services to come to prune and shape a few bay trees, Hawthorn and camelia and to lop a laurel branch that was pushing over my fence as it was heavy. They were reliable, even arrived earlier than the time scheduled. They carried out the work most professionally and I was very happy with the outcome of the shaping of the trees. They cleared up and took away all the debris. I would recommend them, as they were also excellent value for money.
