  New boiler

  I had an emergency when my boiler broke down, and J Steel Plumbing were absolutely fantastic. They came out very quickly, installed a new boiler with no hassle, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. He was friendly, polite, and incredibly tidy they left everything spotless after the job was done. I was really impressed with their professionalism and quality of work.I'm already planning to have them back soon to install an electric shower,and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for reliable, top notch plumbing services.   I can’t recommend Jon highly enough! He’s incredibly friendly, punctual, and reliable. After dealing with a handyman who spent over 3 hours trying (and failing) to fix a bath leak, Jon came in and had it sorted in under 20 minutes! He also quickly fixed another leak from the washing machine that had been incorrectly connected—took him just 10 minutes. The price was very reasonable too, especially given the quality and speed of his work. Absolute lifesaver. I really appreciate his efficiency and professionalism. Thank you, Jon!

  New En-Suites Installed

  Jon Paul put in new piping and two new bathrooms as part of an extension we had done through our builder. No one has used the shower until recently when we found the water to be scalding and no cold water coming through. The pipework in the wall has the hot water feed on the right and cold on the left meaning that our shower mixer bar won't work. I have tried to find an alternative mixer shower where the hot water feed is to the right but I can't find one. I spoke with Jon Paul last Monday and he promised to come out this week but he's ignoring calls and messages from both the builder and I.

  Fitted ensuite

  Jon fitted an ensuite into a small cupboard. The finish looks good. However, Jon did not advise us that having the pipes leading from the new Saniflo toilet into the drain that is also used for the waste pipes from the kitchen could create horrible smells in the kitchen and the ensuite bathroom. Additionally, he incorrectly fitted the shower tray too low so the water couldn't flow into the macerator. He had to reroute the waste pipe from the shower directly into the external waste pipe. Not impressed with his workmanship.
