  Prompt response from telephone enquiry, quote given based on photographs sent and conversation. Arrived on the day, agreed, early and got to work swiftly. House was left tidy, no damage done whilst removing heavy large items. Additional items taken on the day, with small added cost. Chatty, friendly and efficient service. Copy of Duty of Care certificate and receipt provided on the day.
