Great service very professional would highly recommend

From start to finish a brilliant job, kept me informed at all times. I was shown pictures and videos of the damage and the various options for repair. No pressure, just an honest assessment of the work required and the different costs of each method. John and his team were happy to help with any questions we had and even brought a heavy delivery in to the house for my wife while I was at work. They did extra work that was needed to make the job better, showed me the pictures but didn’t charge I will happily recommend them to anyone who needs any roofing work.

Rang company and as they were locally working they came within 20 minutes of my contact and surveyed the my roof issue with a drone scan. Explained the problem with video evidence so I could make an informed decision. Professional quotation clearly stating the work to be carried was sent with in hours. Work was completely in a professional and timely manner with a friendly team of roofers. Subsequent invoice and payment terms clearly outlined in a professional manner with an online system. Would highly recommend this company from my experience. Thank you Johnny and Lea for todays work.

Called John at JSR following Storm Eowyn as I had lost 5 ridge tiles which also damaged a number of my roof tiles. Provided a quote to replace all ridge tiles with a new dry ridge syste. Work then booked in for a few days later. Day of the job, the team arrived early and cracked on with the work. Left everything neat and tidy, I'm very happy with the outcome. They also went out of their way and sorted some loose flashing around the chimney. 10/10

Can’t recommend highly enough the guys were here when they said they would be , Jamie certainly new his job showed me videos before and after job was completed and left the area totally clean and removed any debris that was created 10 out of 10

Turned up on time and completed the work to a high standard, very professional.
