John and his team did a fantastic job clearing out the gutters and taking care of a few repairs on the roof. They were professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. The gutters were thoroughly cleaned, and they made sure everything was flowing properly before finishing up. They also repaired a few damaged areas on the roof, explaining what needed to be fixed and why, which I really appreciated. The team worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and left the area clean once the job was done. Communication throughout was excellent, and the whole process felt straightforward and

From start to finish service was excellent job completed in three days worked through adverse weather conditions

Needed a replacement flat roof due to a leak. John gave me the best price out of the quotes I received and also seemed to give the best explanation of the cause of the problem. After the job was complete some of the felt had come loose and, though John said he would come to fix this, this took a bit of organising as John didn't show up a couple of times after arranging visits. He did come round a few weeks afterwards to finish the repair however and this was after being paid in full - so I was very happy overall!
