I employed JS Roofing to undertake roof repairs including diagnosing and fixing two leaks. When they came to start the work, they wanted more money. So instead of covering all five areas that needed repairs, we agreed on the two leaks - by a verge and by a chimney for them to repair. They proceeded to undertake this work, for which they were paid £1500. That evening itself it rained, and the leak in the verge continued. It was evident it hadn’t been fixed. After a few messages and phonecalls, they came back a few days later, but again the leak wasn’t fixed. Now the chimney is also leaking.

The work was carried out very efficiently and quickly, despite the freezing cold temperatures. The 3 men worked effectively together and kept us well informed about what they were doing and why. We are satisfied with the repair and would be pleased to recommend JS Roofing in Stratford upon Avon to other potential customers.

James was very responsive throughout. He replied within ten minutes of posting my requirements, and came to view the extent of the job later the same day. I received his fixed-price quote that evening and awarded him the job, which he and his buddy completed in a prompt and professional manner. On his way out, he happened to notice a couple of loose roof tiles on the side of my house (dislodged by the recent storms, the same as the shed roof) and returned today - Christmas Eve! - to effect a repair on that as well. Neither damage would have survived another gale, so I am very grateful to them.
