Joerg is brilliantly reliable and professional. When we first moved to this property he helped us get to grips with a very complicated underfloor heating system and since that time he is our preferred person to service and maintain the system. We required an upgrade to our hot water and heating system to solve the problem of low water pressure upstairs. JS (Joerg) came and looked at our sytem and suggested replacing the old indirect cylinder with a pressurized Megaflo cylinder, keeping our old gas boiler, with a new repositioned controller and eliminating tanks in the attic. The work was carried out in a timely, efficient and professional manner, with minimal domestic disruption. The new pipework is immaculate and all showers, baths and mixer taps now function properly. Very communicative, very professional, clean and tidy, very quick.

My old toilet was leaking so Joerg came to investigate the problem and found several leeks. The only option was to install a new toilet and to replace the outside soil pipe. Joerg talked me through several available options and helped me to choose the best one for me. He is an exceptionally skilled plumber. He is a very good communicator, punctual, very tidy and with a great attention to detail. His work is of the highest standard. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a plumber.

Joerg is an exceptionally skilled and experienced plumber. He installed a new bath mixer tap, 2 new bathroom sink taps, a new kitchen tap and a new shower screen. He provided me with very good choices of plumbing products. He also serviced my boiler. On top of doing an excellent job he was very punctual and communicated very well at every step of the project.
