Joerg is an exceptionally skilled and experienced plumber. He installed a new bath mixer tap, 2 new bathroom sink taps, a new kitchen tap and a new shower screen. He provided me with very good choices of plumbing products. He also serviced my boiler. On top of doing an excellent job he was very punctual and communicated very well at every step of the project. I asked the company if they could help with a very poor shower and awkward fitting I had fitting I had . Joerg came within a couple of days jyst before Xmas to measure etc, within a week he had arranged to fit everything . He came promptly and completed everything in one day . I am very happy with the outcome .

Joerg is an exceptionally skilled and experienced plumber who did an excellent job installing a shower attachment, mixer tap replacements to the tub, bathroom sink and kitchen. Additional work included removing and clearing waste pipe, installing , cleaning and replacing basin waste valve. Throughout he provided advance drawings and choices of plumbing products. His care and attention to his working surroundings and environment are exemplary. Indeed a pleasure to recommend him .

A complicated replacement of an old toilet cistern. Joerg came to look on Friday and came back on Saturday with the parts and fixed it. Really pleased.

The annual boiler maintenance has become a non-event, since JS PH Installation installed a new boiler in my house some years ago. We get a reminder, we make an appointment, job gets done swiftly and at top quality leaving behind only a clean and working boiler. No mess, no stress, just a job well done on time, every time.

Great communication and did his best but unfortunately this did not fix the problem.
