James undertook complete refurbishment of our 16 Victorian windows - most of which were of sliding sash design. They were in poor condition with extensive rot, making the work very extensive - lasting several months. James worked carefully and diligently identifying which parts could be salvaged, and what required replacement. His expertise in using specialist resin filler, even for quite large voids, was invaluable. We are very happy with the result - the windows should now be good for many decades and much of the original Victorian wood and joinery has been preserved for future generations.

We have used James several times for decorating and he has proved to be an expert in his field always does a thorough job, no short cuts with him. He turns up on time and keeps us informed and leaves everything immaculate. There are no short cuts even for a small job I highly recommend him.
