  Rapid response and high standards

  This is the first time I've used JSL Property Solutions and I am amazed at how the team performed. The job required replacement of all the guttering at a large bungalow which included difficult sections under a glazed canopy. James quoted us a very competitive cost on a Friday and by the following Tuesday, Steve had finished the job to a excellent standard. I have no hesitation in recommending JSL Property Solutions as they operate to very standards and get the job done in very quick time. Well done team.

  Great work on an awkward tiling job.

  We’ve had work done by James at JSL and his team before on other projects on our house so I had no qualms about going back to him for this latest project. My wife wanted a very specific type of floor tile for the hallway of our very old farmhouse conversion. It had to be in keeping with the general decor and fabric of the building. The ones we found were slate, in an array of colours & sizes so they could be laid in a more modular pattern. The issue in laying these was that the average thickness of the tiles was 10mm with a plus/minus variance of 3mm. Sorted perfectly by Nigel, the tiler.

  A very pleasant company to deal with and the work looks good.

  James's men did a very nice job of fixing my leaking chimney and putting a rain cap on it. It now looks very smart. Matt and his colleague were very friendly and polite and left everything clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with communication when they failed to turn up on the date agreed but apparently this was due to illness and the job was completed the following week. I think their pricing was reasonable as I did have another quote for twice as much!

  Reconfigure bathroom and toilet in to shower room and toilet

  JSL provided a very competitive quote. The work was completed on time and in-line with the original costings. Nigel, who did the majority of the work, was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and completed the work to a very high standard. I'm very happy with the results and would highly recommend JSL.

  Top notch Garden Room

  James and his team did an excellent job removing our old decking, laying a concrete slab and building a garden room. The work was well organised, communication was great, and everything was kept tidy throughout. The finished result has completely transformed our garden and exceeded our expectations. We’ve already had lots of compliments and would happily recommend them.
