Booked a date, but on my request came in to do it earlier. Good communication.

John was a pleasure to deal with throughout. His communication was clear and he always did as he said he would. Transparent about cost throughout. Worked quickly and effectively. If I have any issues in future, I will call John without hesitation.

John came over to give me a quote to re-felt a flat roof. Upon inspection he advised there was nothing wrong with it, and suggested leaving as is if it wasn’t causing a problem. I found John to be very personable, polite and courteous and really appreciate his honesty.

John repaired all our worn gutter fittings by replacing the worn rubber fitting on each individual part (rather than the whole part), so it was much more cost effective. He was friendly and communicative, and did a good job. I would definitely recommend using him.

Two very pleasant and polite individuals, John and Gordon, who carried out the work in somewhat cold damp conditions to my entire satisfaction. Also left all areas tidy having taken the moss away in big bags. It was quite a major job for two people over the equivalent of one days work. Competitively priced I would thoroughly recommend.
