  Fit missing roof tile

  Had a very prompt reply when I first sent my enquiry over the weekend, Mr Shaw arrived on Monday morning when he said he would, he saw what needed to be done, went away to get material and came back to complete the repair the same morning. Wonderful service, I would highly recommend.

  Gutter repair

  Recommended by a friend,I contacted J Shaw by phone and he offered to visit the property straight away. He arrived promptly, assessed the problem with leaking gutter on upper storey then immediately went to get replacement parts and fixed the gutter. Easy to contact, very reliable and competitively priced. Great local roofing service.

  Storm damage

  The morning after the recent storms I found about 5 or 6 roof tiles on our gable end had been dislodged and were in a dangerous condition. I gave Shaws a ring and he said he was on his way back to Chippenham and would be there in 20 minutes. After a quick inspection he refitted the tiles and made good the ends with fresh motar. Total time from initial phone call to job completion, less than 2 hours. EXCELLENT.

  Fixing roof tiles

  Tiles blew off in a storm a few years ago and J Shaws were quick to fix it and no fuss. We recommended to all our neighbours who also got some storm damage, and he was here quickly and sorted it without fuss. Recently there has been some more storm damage to the roof, and we remembered his contact details, same again, fair quote, quick to fix and no fuss - all good, 100% would recommend.
