Jess and Sam were amazing! We were replacing two floors worth of banisters and they managed to get it all done in a day so we had the least disruption in our household. The final look has really changed our house and exactly what we imagined! Communication was great and very professional and we can’t be more please with the job! This is the second time we have used Jess (previously for replacement banisters and under stairs storage), which speaks for itself! Jess came to replace all of our internal doors for Oak, which also required reworking two of the door frames. All of this was completed to an excellent standard - a nice 'click' when they all shut now! Whilst with us, Jess also made and fitted some bespoke boxing to hide some new pipework that had been fitted. Again, a really neat job, all boxed and finished complete with access panels.
