Junab contacted me promptly and visited my property. I explained my requirements and he provided a quote promptly. (Unlike another Checkatrade recommended company who requested photos then never came back to me). The quote was acceptable and the work was arranged for the following week. His staff member arrived at the specified time and with the assistance of a colleague the installation was completed in a couple of hours.

The entire process was seamless from start to finish. As a first-time EV owner, I had some concerns, but everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely at ease. When I thought there was an issue with the charger, they promptly checked it the next day — it turned out to be a simple setting adjustment. I chose them for being local, and I’m so glad I did. Their quick response, efficiency, and exceptional customer care were a breath of fresh air compared to larger corporate companies. Plus, their competitive pricing was an added bonus. A 5* experience – highly recommend!
