Arrived on time, he explained what he was doing. He wore shoe covers without request. Worked and left tidily.

I needed a new electrical certificate but a number of problems were thrown up. Janine and Steve were very helpful throughout, arranging times with others to do work. Although the process took time they were always helpful and gave advice on how best to do it - even taking over negotiations when other engineers messed things up Work done well and neatly

I needed a new electric certificate for my house - which threw up a number of issues. Although things took a while to resolve, Steve and Janine were extremely helpful throughout, including advising on better ways to resolve some issues and taking over negotiations when National Grid contractors messed things up. The work was carried out very well. Overall, happy with way work done and helpful and efficient service.

I reached out to J&S to enquire about getting a new consumer unit fitted. They responded quickly and asked me follow up questions to ensure that their advice and next steps were right. Steve did a full electrical test of my house first and then subsequently came and fitted my new consumer unit, new smoke alarms and rectified the small issues from the electrical test i.e. fitting a new bathroom switch etc. I was very impressed by their professionalism and approach. I would recommend and will use them in the future.

Steve fitted 4 additional recess lights in our dining room and new lights on the drive . The drive lights had not been operational for some years so wiring had to be tested and faults corrected.Steve completed the work to our satisfaction and everywhere was left in a clean and tidy state
