10/10 – Highly Recommend! James was absolutely fantastic — super professional, both in his attitude and the quality of his equipment. He did an amazing job on the carpets. He also provided me last minute availability for a Sunday booking (a lifesaver!), and as a thoughtful touch, he even gave me a little bottle of the cleaning product in case I ruin my newly cleaned carpets anytime soon.
