  Create Access to an Attic and Lay down Walk Boards

  I contacted JSS Builders to address building works to open access to an attic (which required brick work, a new support frame for the roof structure and laying of walk boards). JSS Builders quickly assessed the work and provided a market competitive quote. The work was completed to a high standard (including tidying up) and with no fuss. The communications with Jass of JSS Builders was good, and he took his time to provide the required advise on how to proceed and delivered on his agreed commitments. I would have no issue is re-using JSS Builders on future jobs.

  Chimney removal

  They turned up promptly on the first day and got straight to work. They work area was always kept clean and tidy reducing the dust around the house. All works were completed very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

  Rendering/Platering .Fixing door porch.And painting the outside of the house.

  Jaswinder (owner of JS Builders ltd company )and his team are very friendly reliable and competent and punctual. They removed old render from outside of the wall and rerendered/plastered it.They painted the whole house from outside with waterproof paint.They also make/fix a made to measure door porch.I am very pleased with the quality of the job and the quality of material they used. Their price was very reasonable and they finished as promised.They cleaned the premises before they leave.I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

  Side Extension

  We recently had the pleasure of working with JS Builders to create a side extension from scratch, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team exhibited professionalism, skill, and a genuine understanding of our needs. Time after time, they went above and beyond their scope of work, identifying flaws and faults in other aspects of the house that they had no obligation to address. Despite this, they insisted on fixing these issues for us within the same budget. In our hearts, we were and are genuinely satisfied and grateful that we took a gamble on JS Builders.
