  Ceiling repair (plasterboard) and skim

  Jose has done an excellent job at our house. We had a water leak which came in through the ceiling, causing the plasterboard to collapse. Jose came to our house to price up the job, and was there exactly when he said he would be. When he came to do the work he was prompt and very polite. I work in an adjacent room and I didn’t even know that he was there. The quality and the workmanship of the repair was truly exceptional. He tidied up after the work was complete and it was very hard to find any sign that he had been. If I could score 11/10 I would. Would definitely recommend.

  Kitchen skimming

  I contacted J Santos after reading reviews of his work. He responded with little delay throughout the process. The work was completed when he said and to a very high standard, so I would highly recommend Jose.

  Jose was excellent all round. He responded quickly to my request and got booked in within a week. He arrived at the exact time he agreed and all communication was great. He completed the job to an excellent standard. Jose was quick and very tidy. would 100% recommend. Thank you again!

  Plastering a garden room/man cave

  Trustworthy, professional and clean

  Jose is a true professional. He was respectful, polite and very clean. Our house looked cleaner after the work than before!! His plastering is excellent. Jose had to complete significant repairs to our ceilings before plastering. Nothing was too much trouble. He put me at ease because he knew what he was doing. He was calm and made us feel confident in his work. We will use him again.
