• Joinery works - Skirting boards, laminate flooring, door hanging.
• Smoke & carbon alarms fitted
• Sand & Cement - Brick pointing, ridge tile replacement maintenance, damaged brick replacement.
• Bathroom - Round bath silicon replacement, toilet seat replacement.
• Plumbing Heating - Radiator valves replaced old for new, individual radiators replaced, new radiators added.

Full Installations -

• Kitchens - Either supplied or provided from B&Q, Howdens', Wicks
• Bathrooms - Either supply and fit or fit only.
• Tiling - Full walls and floors to splash back around kitchen worktops.
• Ensuite - downstairs toilets, upstairs dressing rooms, new cupboard storage areas.
• Plastering - Individual ceilings to full rooms and houses.
