Jack has changed both my Mums and my boiler in the last few months, serviced my Megaflow and changed the radiator valves in my house. He was very professional, accommodating and clean and tidy. We received all the certification and guarantees. I would definitely recommend Jack.

After not having hot water for three weeks I was desperate to find a heating engineer to look at my boiler. I wanted someone reliable and honest and a friend recommended Jack as he was known to her family. He came and checked the system and very quickly got the water working. He was polite and efficient and told me the options I had to have the heating working at a later date. I feel confident that the rest of the work will be done well and be well thought out to give me the most cost effective system. Jack removed our old boiler and replaced it with a brand new one all within half a day. The new boiler looks great and Jack communicated exactly what work was carried out and even spent time after the work was completed to answer any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Jack was fantastic from start to finish. He was able to come out the very same day, which was hugely appreciated. He was friendly, chatty and professional throughout, and even took the time to make a fuss of our dog, which was a lovely touch! The boiler service was carried out efficiently and the whole experience was hassle-free.
