Straightforward quote and invoicing. Installers were professional and keen to go the ‘extra mile’. They regularly liaised with me re: siting of unit and cables. Materials were also discussed and they made sure they toned in with colours of caravan. I would definitely recommend this company.

The guys were fantastic and absolutely rapid at getting the job done. The room that required aircon was the 2nd floor and a bit of a pain to get to.. they delt with it well and did a great job. No mess and cleaned up after. Both very polite and easy going. Highly recommend to anyone.

We decided to go with Jack at JRW cooling because he was punctual, did what he said he was gonna do and offered a fair price for the work requested. Jack and his team turned up punctually on the day as agreed, completed the install of two levels of air-conditioning into our house, were tidy, cleaned up after themselves and left the house as they found it. Would certainly recommend JRW cooling for a good honest local firm who do what they say they’re gonna do and leave the house as they found it.

The advice and recommendations from Jack were excellent. The installation team were also excellent. All of them know their stuff and were extremely courteous. The installation itself has exceeded our expectation - really impressed. We knew the downstairs unit would be a massive improvement, but in fact it cools the entire ground floor, not just the conservatory / lounge.
