We had our fence vandalised. Jack came and quoted within a few hours. Due to lack of security he installed the fence within 3 days, even working under floodlights to complete the job. I cannot recommend Jack and his team highly enough for their professionalism.

Had a gate installed, brick work came loose and they didn't replace stating it was loose prior. Now the gate has large gaps around and looks very messy. Had to pay another company to correct the brickwork. Dissapointing really, brick work wasn't loose whilst old gate was in.

Highly recommend using JR services. Jack and team were very accommodating and moved things about to fit us in. The situation was a damaged fence which overlooks a public park so the timing was pretty critical. Jacks team understood this and were willing to fit it around current jobs so that we were protected from further issues. The quality of the work was also great, Jack quickly identifying pitfalls from the previous constructor and rectifying them. We will be using them again for other works on our garden(not related to fence) as you can tell that they have a broad competence
