  Very pleased with the work done. John was quick to quote, reasonably priced, neat and thorough in his work and also helpful in explaining options for replacement of our main roof in the future.

  John came out to repair my leaking flat roof which had been repaired twice before

  John was extremely patient as I asked about all different options, having been disappointed before by others he consulted an expert then explained it to me and gave a price which I feel is reasonable. John and his team worked all through 28° heatwave every step was shown to me, they found a previous repair had not been correctly applied and explained that. then showed me how they were going to prevent future failure. He even pointed out roof and ridge tiles that were sticking up and fixed them at the same time. Absolute pleasure to have around. very tidy, thoroughly recommended 10/10

  Repaired guttering for leaking garage roof

  Exceptional service as John was hired to fix one job but following a general inspection found a hole in the roof of our house where a flue had been removed and was open to the elements. He shared videos and pictures of what the issue was, his plans to repair it, and the completed job. I am thoroughly grateful for his time and professional service. Highly recommend him to others.

  Replacing cracked tiles, repair two valleys, fit chimney guard, gutter clearance, moss cleaning

  We have had a number of jobs carried out by JR Roofing now (replacing cracked tiles with colour matched ones, repair two valleys, fit a chimney bird guard, gutter clearance and roof moss cleaning). Always excellent service from start to finish. I particularly like how John keeps you up to date with progress, explains what he is doing and takes before and after photos. John went the extra mile to go to a reclaim centre to find matched colour tiles. Quote turn around has always been fast and they have fitted us in within 24 hours each time.
