I’ve used James to do a variety of different electrical jobs for me over several years (including some Ethernet cabling at one point). James did an excellent job, as always. He dropped by very soon after I explained what I needed and he explained what would need doing, then emailed me a quote shortly afterwards. He fitted a Smoke Alarm and replaced an old Fuseboard, finishing well in time and leaving the place tidier than it had been before he arrived! James is always pleasant, professional, reliable and above all very clear about what needs doing. James was very quick to respond to our enquiry. He was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He came to see us within 24 hours and returned within a few days to carry out some necessary work. In preparation for a new kitchen installation, James rewired and installed new services for electric oven, hob and hood. His understanding of the job and budget restrictions was fantastic - providing guidance and suggestions for the work done. James was flexible with dates and times and always did the work efficiently and professionally.
