  Replaced felt & batons on roof plus broken tiles, re pointed chimney & put a top on my chimney.

  Was recommended John after he did some work for a family member. Rang him on the Monday, he came to have a look at the job Tuesday. Quote arrived the same day & accepted. Scaffolding all erected end of week and roof completed the next week all on time despite some bad weather. Very good service provided and trustworthy people.

  Roof replacement following rain damage

  John and team were helpful throughout the process, from initial inspection of the roof to finalising the work. Communication was top notch and I was always kept in the loop regarding progress. The team were punctual, completing our roof replacement within a week of reporting the damage. I appreciated the honesty and workmanship of John and team, and will happily recommend them to any who need similar services in the York area.

  Finlock guttering replacement and roof works

  John and his team came out within a day of calling to give me a quote, was straight talking and really nice, explaining which areas he could save money and his recommendation on exactly what works were required! The works were completed within 3 weeks of me calling for the quote and accepting, he handeled the scaffolding quote also and ensured that everything went smoothly! It’s really made a huge difference and looks amazing compared to the original state of issues prior to the works being completed. 10/10 for all areas and really nice people!

  Immediate response to leaking roof and quick turnaround of work.

  We had a leak in the corner of the roof. John Emily came out and arranged a repair within a few days. His communications and workmanship was outstanding.
