Jordan of J R Plumbing & Heating recently replaced my unvented cylinder & I cannot recommend him highly enough. As well as being friendly & professional, he is clearly very knowledgeable about his trade. His work was of a high standard & he's a very tidy worker, using dust sheets to catch any debris & he took all rubbish away. His communication prior to the job was helpful & clear but what impressed me most was his after care. He contacted me a couple of times after the job to check I was happy & that all was OK with the cylinder, which it was.
