This is the second time I have used J. Ross Building Solutions. I have found their service to be prompt, reliable and with a friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend them.

James and his team, initially came to repair soffits and downpipe and immediately identified the root cause of the soffit damage being perished roofing felt. He quickly notified us and provided details of the remedial action needed, which we agreed to go ahead with. James (and his team) has been polite and understanding of our concerns and has kept us informed (including photos) throughout the process. Thank you James and will be in touch if we need help with anything else.
