We recently reached out to Jimmy on a weekend through the website. We didn't expect to hear anything until later in the week, but come 9 o'clock Monday morning, Jimmy was in touch. He came round the next day and identified the cause of our damp issues. Work started that week. Great communication from Jimmy and his team throughout. Jimmy even turned up on a Sunday morning to ensure the scaffolders turned up to take down the scaffolding. We are now watertight and in the best shape for a wet winter.

This is the second time I've used the company when experiencing leaking roof issues. The team were great at identifying the problem and fixing it (work needed around a Velux window). They also identified a further problem in the wider roof and gave a couple of suggestions to remedy it. They were able to complete the additional work on the same morning. Great guys, very tidy and polite, quick and easy communication when I contacted for a quote. Thanks! Will be in touch when the whole roof needs replacing :)

James and his team, initially came to repair soffits and downpipe and immediately identified the root cause of the soffit damage being perished roofing felt. He quickly notified us and provided details of the remedial action needed, which we agreed to go ahead with. James (and his team) has been polite and understanding of our concerns and has kept us informed (including photos) throughout the process.
