  Full install on a renovation property

  Jordan quoted initially for the entire works on a blank full renovation project - full gas central heating and boiler, new pipes, 6 radiators, a full underfloor heating system in my extension, bathroom fixtures and fixings fitted. Jordans can do attitude and problem solving/intuitive ideas for running piping and carrying out the install including influencing the decision for underfloor heating were superb suggestions. The boiler and systems have been reliable from the get go and have had JRM out since to carry out services.

  Annual boiler service

  Great experience! Prompt communication from Emma and Steph (admin team) they can’t do enough for you, even managed to get a last minute boiler service in for me for the same day. This was my second annual boiler service and Jordan is also very good at what he does. A pleasure to see and very honest - wouldn’t go to anyone else! Thank you :)

  Error code displayed on our boiler

  Our boiler was displaying an error code and wouldn’t ignite. Contacted JRM and they sent out one of their engineers on the same day and fixed the problem within 30 minutes of being with us. Everything was explained in detail as he was going about his business and left the job as tidy as when he arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone

  Boiler filter replacement

  Jordan came out within a couple of hours and replaced my filter, he had already picked up a new one on his way to my house which saved time and money, he got the job done in about 25 minutes and was quick and efficient and very friendly, I would use this company again

  Fixed cold radiator

  Perfect visit from these guys. I thought we needed a new radiator fitted but turns out there was just a fixable issue with the existing one, which of course worked out faster for them and cheaper for me. The lads were efficient, polite, and courteous, and I'll be using them again when we need future plumbing work. Very happy with the result.
