  I cannot recommend Joel Mancini highly enough. From the very beginning, he was patient, professional and genuinely listened to exactly what I wanted. He took the time to make sure I was completely happy with every stage of the project, even happily adjusting the height of a step when I asked. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and I never felt rushed or that I was being difficult. The finished steps are beautifully built, incredibly sturdy and have transformed access to my studio.   Custom Built Shed

  We were in need of a new shed. And what Joel designed and made for us was above and beyond. From start to finish, Joel was professional but also so approachable, and nothing was too much trouble.   Patch repair/plaster damp wall in conservatory

  Joel was quick to respond to our request to repair a water ingressed wall. He kept us updated, arrived on time. Totally knowledgeable in all aspects of the building trade. The job was done to an excellent standard, kept the work area clean and informed us of the stages of work. An incredibly professional and charming man, I completely recommend Joel.

  Very courteous. Did all quoted for and more, Worked with my requirements NOT as was necessarily quoted. Very clean work, tidied up as he went along. Left site spotless.
