my oven just stopped heating, John responded to my job posting on Checkatrade fairly quickly, and was able to come fix in a couple days. diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and made sure there where no other issues. Very friendly and knowledgeable, i learnt a thing or two too. 10/10 will use again, 10/10 recommend

Quick reply on Checkatrade, arranged for a time when to visit and stuck to this. Gave timeframe of repair and came in just as he said.

We required our microwave repaired. I called and booked a home call for 9.15 on the Wednesday and the engineer arrived exactly on time. After an investigation into the faulty unit it was diagnosed as a blown internal fuse and bulb. The chap had both on his van and were quickly installed. The microwave was then checked for safety and operation. All in all this chap is mustard! prompt, reliable, knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommeNd.
