Prompt and attentative service, product repaired in good time as promised. My second time of using them. The company only accept bank transfer or cash though and not card payment or online. Just be mindful of that. Will use them again should the need arise.

JRC have supported me brilliantly! From original diagnosis of the fault, requiring a spare part (main control board) to be acquired from South Korea, Jo (front office) has kept me regularly updated with news and timings - always bright and cheerful and maintained perseverance throughout! Rob (senior Engineer) came to my property twice and, again, showed top professionalism throughout and was neat, tidy and focused throughout his work. Overall, a first class service from JRC Services. I would recommend them to anyone in a blink of an eye !

Arranged a time and day to repair washing machine, waited in but he did not turn up. Left a polite message on his phone to enquire if he was still coming out, got no response. Very disappointing
