Used JRA Property Services for some maintenance, decoration and repair work on our property and we were not disappointed. John and his team were professional, reliable and gave us sound advice on what we needed to do. The work itself was completed on time and to a high standard. Excellent value for money and would definitely recommend.

John takes all the stress out of having building work done. He is an excellent communicator, has a team of expert tradespeople, is very fair with pricing, and genuinely cares about his customers. Plus he is a really nice guy! We used JRA Property Services to do major maintenance, roofing and decorating work to our 4 storey Victorian house. It looks amazing! I will always use JRA in the future.

We can't recommend JRA Property Services highly enough! We've worked with them before on a small job (installing iron railings) but this was much bigger - building a new kitchen and installing a new bathroom. Victorian house in Limehouse, everything done to a very high standard. Dealings with building control, architect and the local authority all managed expertly by John. He knows some highly-skilled people (electricians, plumbers, brickies etc) and manages them extremely well. Very hard working, never any problems - "only solutions" :) Well organised, clean, on budget and on time. Amazing!!!

JRA Property services project managed our full house renovation which included, a full rewire, new windows, full heating and plumbing refit as well as demo, plastering and flooring. Always very responsive on text and phone so we where fully up to speed with how things where going even though we were the other side of London. Project was completed in great time and to a high standard!

JRA property services refurbished my flat, new bathroom, new floors throughout, new doors, plastering, painting and decorating. All within the timeline agreed as well as within budget. Would highly recommend.
