I would just like to praise the professionalism and craftsmanship undertaken on our home by JQ Carpets Ltd. I literally couldn't be anymore happier with the work they did for us. Exceptional workmanship, through each stage of the process. JQ Carpets have completed the job to a very high standard and we are absolutely over the moon with the quality of finish. We have used JQ for almost 15 years for all our flooring and .ike and his wife were as helpful as always. Quote and order very easy and they guys who came to screed the floor and fit floors were tidy, polite and dad a great job. We have never been to anyone other than JQ Carpets for many, many years. Their customer service and attention to customer-care is exceptional. We had a manufacturer fault with the carpet that was laid a few weeks ago. Mike exceeded in taking ownership of the issue and within 24 hours of advising Mike we had a problem with it he had resolved the issue. A replacement carpet was arranged and fitted within days. The after-sales cares is also exceptional. I am certain you would not receive this service any where else. Both Steve and Scott (carpet fitters) are also exceptional.
